3.6L PENTASTAR® V6 ENGINE
The 3.6L Pentastar® V6 engine offers impressive efficiency and fuel saving technology that cuts fuel flow and turns off the engine when the vehicle comes to a stop. The engine restarts when the brake pedal is released. The 3.6L engine kicks out up to 295 horsepower and can tow up to 6,200 pounds.
UP TO 7,400 POUNDS OF TOWING CAPABILITY
Grand Cherokee has a maximum towing capacity of up to 7,400 pounds when properly equipped. Trailer Sway Control (TSC) reduces trailer sway and improves handling in adverse towing conditions. TSC applies brake pressure on alternating wheels and may adjust engine throttle to help eliminate sway and maintain vehicle and trailer system stability.
